Bloch is going to Chile!

Good news: Bloch is soon back on the road (or better: boat). Next destination: CHILE.
We got invited to be part of the Festival de arte contemporaneo SACO8 in Antofagasta/Chile this Summer.
Currently Bloch is prepared by Roger Gentinetta and his son for the shipping to South America. Bloch was stored almost a year in Rawsonville outside  Cape Town with the Le Roux-Family. – Thank you all for taking good care of our Bloch!

Bloch (with Com&Com) is part of this years Kunstszene Zürich at Kulturbahnhof Affoltern – running until dec 2 2018.

S’Bloch at the movie theatre

We joint the upcoming documentary “S’Bloch” by Thomas Rickenmann about the Swiss custom and tradition of Bloch with an interview and a sneak preview of our Bloch-Tour around the globe. The film premieres tomorrow Jan 25. in over 20 cinemas in Switzerland.



On occasion of the upcoming Documentary “S’Bloch” about the Swiss custom Bloch,
they run a small interview in the local newspaper Appenzeller Zeitung (german).

Bloch’s Journey in ZA

Roger Gentinetta + Claudia Schwinn, Bloch’s South African parents, curators, producers, caretakers and much more over the last 6 months are now leaving the tree for the next few months in custody of Ryder Molobela at the Art Gallery of Contemporary Art at Graskop Hotel. – After more than 15’000km with Bloch (red) or scouting for its productions (green), they start on a new trip towards Kilimanjaro before they reunited towards the end of the year – We wish them wonderful adventures!


Exhibition at MAP Graskop

Bloch is currently – and until January 2018 – on show at the art gallery of MAP (Modern Art Project) in Graskop, opposite the Graskop Hotel.
